Cancelation Policy
A1 Rapid Notary On the Go ® understands that things change.
1. Appointments can be canceled free of charge if done one (1) hour before the scheduled time.
2. A non-refundable cancellation service fee (deposit) is due when scheduling an appointment, and it applies in case of last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
3. Our mobile notary will wait up to ten (10) minutes upon arrival. After ten (10) minutes, the appointment will be canceled with no refund.
4. Notary travel and administrative fees are to be paid directly to the notary at the appointment, via cash, debit/credit card, CashApp, Venmo, or Zelle.
